S E A L I O N S

This week has been an incredible one so far, and I couldn't be more grateful to those who contributed to it. My mother, my friends, and even Jack White himself made the week of my 20th birthday one to remember forever. I had the chance to record myself singing on vinyl in Nashville at Third Man, and on Monday, I met up with some amazing local musicians here in Atlanta. My friend Jason (www.jasontravisphoto.com/) introduced me to his band, Sealions, and we happened to run into a perfect sundown that evening. All photos were taken at The Goat Farm on the west side of Atlanta.

I had the pleasure of meeting (and snapping some photos) with Jason Travis, a photographer / designer also based in Atlanta, GA. Find his work here: jasontravisphoto.com and here: vimeo.com/jtrav.

Film from Belgium

Film. There's no surprise like the one in a little metal canister.

The feeling when I finally see the results of my work from months before is never less than astounding. These photos were taken in Bruges, Belgium around September 2012. A group of friends and I took a train from Brussels to Bruges, and were lucky enough to spend a sunny, windy day in one of Belgium's most beautiful little towns. Everything is a relaxed walking (or biking) distance from eachother, with gigantic cathedrals, little antique shops, and some of the most delicious food I've ever had. Bruges - the little spot on the map NW of Brussels, is decidedly my favorite city in Belgium.
